Ellensburg shooting, 17-year-old boy who fatally shot a person

Ellensburg shooting: The Ellensburg Police Department is currently on the lookout for a teenage boy who is suspected of fatally shooting an individual at a Jack in the Box restaurant on Friday afternoon.
