Ronald Anderson Obituary, aged 86, passed away on March 25, 2024, after battling cancer, surrounded by his loved ones at his home in Sandy, Utah. He was born on February 4, 1938, in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Clarence Aagard Anderson and Virgo Benson Anderson.

Ronald’s formative years were spent in Cedar City, Utah, where he cherished many fond memories before relocating to Salt Lake City at the age of 16. He graduated from Olympus High School and furthered his education at Brigham Young University, where he encountered the love of his life, Sylvia Inez Stephens.

Ronald and Sylvia were united in marriage and sealed in the Los Angeles, California Temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on September 10, 1959. He earned his BS degree in Industrial Management from BYU in 1961 and subsequently served in the U.S. Army Reserves from 1962 to 1968.

Throughout his professional journey, Ronald held various roles in Industrial Engineering for esteemed companies such as North American Aviation in Downey, California, followed by EIMCO Corporation, Sperry Univac, Unisys, Lockheed Martin, and L-3 Communications in Salt Lake City. His dedication and expertise left an indelible mark on the industry he served.
