Ciska Missing, 16-year-old Girl last seen in Frankston

Ciska Missing, a 16-year-old was last seen leaving an address in Frankston at 4:00 pm on Wednesday, March 13, 2024. The teenager, identified as Ciska, has been missing for an extended period, raising concerns for their safety and well-being.
