Detective Moylan started his police journey at the Rosendale Police Department in 2001, joining the Ulster Police Department in 2002. At Ulster Police, he began as a uniformed officer, later becoming a Field Training Officer, Firearms Instructor, and EVOC Instructor. In 2016, he was promoted to Detective.
