John Phillips Obituary: Two people were fatally shot on Cherokee Road in Belton, according to reports. One of the victims has been identified as Randall Moon, a resident of Belton, South Carolina. According to reports, Randall Moon passed away from injuries sustained in the shooting incident. John Phillips of Anderson, South Carolina was also confirmed dead. However, his cause of death has not been confirmed.

What happened in Anderson?

Officers were dispatched to a residence on Cherokee Road in Belton following a 911 report of a shooting resulting in injuries. Upon reaching the location, law enforcement discovered two individuals who had sustained gunshot wounds. John Phillips has not been identified as one of the shooting victims.

Deputies, detectives, and emergency medical services are presently present at the scene. It is currently assessed that the shooting is an isolated occurrence, and there is no perceived risk or danger to the local community.

He was a perfect example of what it means to be a wonderful person. Randall had a calming presence and was extremely kind, he touched the hearts of so many and was an inspiration to everyone who knew him.
