Andrew was more than a manager; he was a cherished mentor and friend to many. He was the first person I connected with when I moved to Minnesota, and his kindness and guidance left a lasting impact on me. My thoughts and prayers are with his family during this difficult time, and I hold onto the hope of meeting him again one day.

As my Station Manager in Southwestern Minnesota, Andrew exemplified humor, loyalty, and authenticity. He was the kind of leader who stood unwaveringly by your side, offering support through every challenge, and treating us all as equals, not as subordinates. Working under his leadership was not just a job, but a privilege. His recent battle with cancer showcased his remarkable courage, and his passing has left an irreplaceable void.

To his beloved wife, Kari Coulter, and their children, I extend my deepest condolences and prayers for strength in the face of this profound loss. To our radio family, may we find solace in each other’s company as we navigate through this difficult time, and I look forward to reconnecting with many of you soon, honoring Andrew’s memory together.
