Police Department has issued a warning urging the public not to approach the suspect but to immediately contact 911 if spotted.

Executive Assistant Chief Jeffrey Carroll of the Metropolitan Police Department addressed the media in a briefing, confirming the tragic outcome of the incident. “The initial information that we have at this time is that a total of 7 people were shot at this location, two of which have since been pronounced deceased,” Carroll stated.
