Shaunda Bizzell Chesterfield Death: A driver is charged with second-degree murder after he hit a couple taking an evening stroll Monday, killing the wife.
Derek Bizzell mentioned that it marked the inaugural occasion when his wife, 42-year-old Shaunda Bizzell, accompanied him on their evening stroll. During their second lap around the neighborhood, the couple observed a car swerve from the center of the road toward their direction.
