James Robert Cheek Obituary: James Robert Cheek, age 54, of Douglasville, Georgia, passed away on March 30, 2024.

He was born in Dallas, Georgia on January 1, 1970, son of Robert Allen Cheek and Linda Joyce Cheek. He attended Straightway Full Gospel.

He is survived by his wife: Tabitha Luanne Davis; children: Jamie Denton (Taylor), Cheyenne Cheek; grandchildren: Hunter Denton, Rowen Weaver, Granger Denton, Ariel Cheek; father: Robert Allen Cheek; mother: Linda Joyce Cheek; brother: Troy Cheek.

The family will receive friends at Hightower’s Memorial Chapel on Tuesday, April 2, 2024 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.

The funeral service will be held in the Chapel of the funeral home on Wednesday, April 3, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Chip Abernathy and Assistant Pastor Rodger Fowler officiating. Joshua Vasquez, Andrew Denton, Tyler Hammond, Randell Huling, Pat Hulsey, Randy Miller, Taylor Denton, Tommy Denton will serve as pallbearers.

Following the service, the family will have a meal for family and friends to attend at Straightway Full Gospel, 6239 E Strickland Street, Douglasville, GA 30134.
