Samantha Zaccadelli Obituary-Death: Samantha Zaccadelli, the manager at Touch of Grey Tattoo Studio has sadly passed away. Samantha Zaccadelli, a native of Warren, Maine was announced dead today, Monday, the 11th of December 2023.

She died last night of an accidental overdose of her prescription medications and alcohol.

For the past year, she struggled with mental health challenges, and despite her family’s pleas for a 30-90 day mental health hold, her doctors opted to prescribe her 6-7 different medications over six months. Some of these medications were not intended to be taken together or in conjunction with alcohol.

Samantha Zaccadelli was born in Warren, Maine. She was a caring mother, dancer, hooper/fire hoop, published model, cosmetologist, braider, nail tech, and fashion designer. According to her Facebook profile, she was the manager at Touch of Grey Tattoo Studio.

To those who knew Samantha, you will always remember her contagious smile and infectious laugh. She loved and cared deeply for everyone who came into her life. Most importantly, she loved her family; they were her greatest joys.

She never missed an opportunity to be there for them or to capture the moment with a selfie. Not only was she an amazing mother, but she was also a great friend to so many. Samantha gave her gift of love and laughter to everyone.
