Our hearts are broken today, following the passing of our sister, our wild child, and our always-up-for-an-adventure friend, Missy Kinyon. Missy passed away this morning after a brief, devastating illness.

Missy Kinyon was the Owner and Operator at Detroit Outpost. She was a native of Grosse Pointe Park, Michigan where she spent her early life and lived until her time of death.

There was a brief but heartbreaking sickness that Missy endured before she went suddenly on Wednesday morning. Her kind spirit was visible in every interaction, every discussion, and every effort that Phoemale made with the customers that they served. She served with Phoemale from the very beginning of the organization, and she was there from the very beginning.
