Marisa Rouser Death: A Kansas City, Missouri mother of two has tragically died. Marisa Rouser passed away Thursday, December 21, 2023, from breast cancer. Raytown South Senior High School and Longview Community College graduate was pronounced dead from cancer complications. According to a family friend, Marisa has been battling the dreaded illness.

Marisa Rouser was a well-known stylist. She owned the Hair Pleasures Salon. The dedicated mother of two boys studied Business management at Longview Community College. She lived in Raytown, Missouri but was originally from Kansas City, Missouri. Marisa Rouser has been described as a hardworking woman who loved her job.

Gonna be short and sweet….the lady on my right with the face mask on was Marisa Rouser …we joined Macedonia Baptist Church together and were in new members class together. Always saw her around the city,we both knew a lot of the same people ..finally got a chance to know this wonderful soul. She was always gracious and smiling..always a very studious person in our class….did not take me long to recognize her spirit. Rachelle Dupriest really took a liking to her as well…we would talk after class about people we knew and different events in the city…most of all we would pray for her before or after class..
She has gained her wings…my only regret was not knowing her longer..rest well my sister..and we will see you soon…praying for the family now…she will be missed…
