Maria Quesada and stepfather Arturo Quesada died in Paso Robles murder

Maria Quesada Death: Authorities say a 40-year-old woman died after she was shot by her stepfather. Maria Quesada tragically passed away after 60-year-old Arturo Quesada shot her multiple times before turning the weapon on himself. According to the San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to a report of shots fired in Creston Wednesday afternoon.

The sheriff’s office got a 911 call from a woman who was involved in a family incident with a male at their residence on the 2700 block of Calf Canyon Highway, according to the sheriff’s office. Sheriff’s authorities say dispatch heard gunshots in the background during the call.
